Our Story

Matthew Eclevia, a Doctor of Physical Therapy, became frustrated with the limited access and continuum of care for the patients he was treating. He spent his free time wondering how he could further assist his patients outside of the financial and structural restraints of today's healthcare system. With his colleagues he sought out a solution.

FreeHab Therapy strives to be a beacon of hope and healing for individuals and families affected by neurological challenges. We accomplish this by dedication to providing compassionate care, personalized treatment plans, and ongoing support to partner with our clients to achieve their goals and maximize their potential. Through education, support, and community engagement we strive to create a world where everyone can live a healthy and active lifestyle. We envision a future where our clients can thrive and live life to the fullest regardless of their disabilities.
