

Pro-Bono Therapy for Neurological Deficits
Provision of pro-bono (free) mobile, 1:1 physical therapy, occupational therapy, or speech therapy services for those with neurological deficits.
For qualifying patients, at least 4-6 sessions of services are provided to:
1) Assist with transition from acute/inpatient services to outpatient services
2) Fill the gap while waiting for authorization to outpatient services
3) Help with community reintegration and return to home environment
4) Provide skilled maintenance to maintain functional independence
To qualify, patients must:
1) NOT be currently receiving outpatient or home health services
2) Have a qualifying diagnosis. Qualifying diagnoses include:
Stroke
Multiple Sclerosis
Parkinson's Disease
Traumatic Brain Injury
Vestibular Dysfunction and Vertigo
Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis
Prosthetic Gait Training
Neuromuscular Diseases
